Questions about our rental service?

How do I rent a motorcycle at Good Motors Agency?

Very good question! Here's how our rental service works.
First, go to our site https://goodmotors.agency/ Then select your departure city, and your desired rental dates. Then select the motorcycle model you like, then fill in the fields indicated. Do not forget to indicate the equipment you would like, as well as any luggage supplements. That done, let yourself be guided step by step through the reservation process, while still being able to contact us in case of questions!

Is there a charge if I want to cancel my rental?

It is possible to cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 7 days before the start of the rental. The reservation is then fully refunded, and the amount of the reservation will be returned to you by bank transfer.If you wish to cancel after this period of 7 days preceding the start date of the rental (impediment, bad weather, etc...) we will then refund you the amount of the reservation only in the form of a credit to be used from your personal space, to be used whenever you want! However, note that in case of cancellation at the last minute (i.e. less than 24 hours before the actual rental start date), you will not be able to claim a credit.

Is there a minimum age requirement to be able to rent a motorcycle?

Depending on the engine capacity of the motorcycle you want to rent from Good Motors Agency, different criteria apply: you must be 28 years old to rent a large-capacity motorcycle (whose power is greater than 35kW, or 47.5 hp) and hold an A license. You must be 18 years old to rent an intermediate-power motorcycle (whose power does not exceed 35 kW, or 47.5 hp) and hold an A2 license.. You must also be 18 years old to rent a light motorcycle, and have an A1 license (also called a 125 license). Minors with an A1 license cannot rent motorcycles from Good Motors Agency.

I made a mistake, is it possible to change my reservation?

It is entirely possible to reduce the desired rental period, as long as you have not yet paid the rental amount. However, if you want to extend the duration of the rental contract once it has been signed and paid for, you can request an extension by email at vroom@goodmotors.agency and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
